Refund & Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel your service with Tenon Prime, you could do so 24 hrs before the service day / period
In case you do not find the service satisfactory or have a concern, you can send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our toll free number 1800-1026020 and register your complaint. Our inspection executive will reach your site for inspection (within 48 hrs). In case your grievance is found genuine we will refund the appropriate money back (proportionate to service deficiency portion only ) to your bank account (as shared by the user) in 10 working days. Please note, only issues raised at the time of the service or after completion of service on the same day would be addressed. No subsequent request would be entertained.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
